CeraMetal by Einat Kircher is a project that examines various techniques of combining metal powders and ceramics. A recent graduate of Holon Institute of Technology, Kircher has developed two methods based on the fact that both materials have similar processing methods and heating temperatures, so pairing them up was ideal. The first method uses magnets to shape iron powder creating unique, scattered forms. The second method melts copper powder giving the ceramic object an eroded look.
