English Hedgerow Plate Augmented Reality by Andrew Tanner

Yes, you have read that right. Augmented reality and plate in the same sentence. At this years Home Fair at London, Andrew Tanner will introduce the worlds first augmented reality ceramics. If you still think how is that possible, I suggest you watch the video below, and it will all make sense. Hint, you will need an iOS app and any portable Apple product to make the little bird flutter. Enjoy!

The plate was created in collaboration with Jason Jameson & James Hall, Unanico Group, and Royal Winton who actually produced the plate. The peculiarity of the plate is that it not only features 3D imagery, but animation in 3D, meaning the hedgerow fauna moves about the plate.
